Im a frequent customer who fills about 6-7 scripts regularly. The pharmacy staff has been friendly and efficient every single time. It’s a busy department and they provide good service. I’m sure someone may have an off day here and there and that shouldn’t define the entire team
Rowena at the Walmart Pharmacy was incredibly kind and patient. She went out of her way to check on my prescription multiple times, even while the line was busy. Her care and attentiveness really stood out. Highly recommend this pharmacy — thank you, Rowena!
Terrible and rude service. The first time, I waited 45+ minutes for a prescription for my infant. The second time, we went through the drive through and the lady accused my husband of hitting the cone because apparently it was supposed to be placed in the middle of the lane to keep people from going in that lane (which it wasn’t).
