Very helpful staff. There needs be something done to help with the items that doesn't need a script but are kept behind the counter. I shouldn't have to wait in the script line to pick up some Musinex wich doesn't require a script.
Unacceptable customer service. Rude, treat elders who try to pick up their prescription with much disrespect. As if they'll never be seniors one day. I will never use them anymore. I'll be switching pharmacy either City Drugs of Coweta, Express Rx, or Walgreens. I'm sure they will do better than Walmart pharmacy in Coweta. This isn't the first time I was treated with unsatisfactory customer service.
Multiple times I've sent in my prescriptions and my Drs office sends it over and in the app it will show that it was approved and then a few hours later it shows it was canceled. So then I call the pharmacy and talk to a pharmacy tech and they then say they never received it... why would it show they recieved it in the app when my Drs office sends it over then they say they never received it? Someone in the pharmacy is messing up and this is happening all the time now. At least once a month I have to go through this with one... read more
Visited Coweta Walmart pharmacy today and had the pleasure of the quickest checkout ever- 4 refills and a box of allegraD later, only took about 2 min, no joke! Caleb was very efficient, friendly, called other teammates to help! Which they did with smile! Best experience of all Pharmacies! Thank you, Caleb!
