The absolute worst ran pharmacy in the area. Unorganized, rude, negligent, zero communication and accountability. Don't bother and go to a different Walmart or a different pharmacy in the area. I can't even understand how they are still operating with all of the issues just our family has had. Lying about medication, not filling prescriptions, no alerts because they aren't stocked which directly affects a patients health. It gets worse and worse. Zero training, poor management.
Switched to this pharmacy about 4 months ago and every month the refills are "delayed" for days, making it next to impossible to time it with a grocery delivery order. The worst part is missing doses every month. In contrast with the problem in production, the people are friendly and professional on the phone. Usually, a persistent staffing problem is indicative of a management problem.
DO NOT USE THIS WALMART PHARMACY!!!!!!! HIPAA VIOLATION. THIS PHARMACY NEEDS PROPER TRAINING ON WHAT INFORMATION CAN BE RELEASED TO ONLY THE NAMES PROVIDED ON THE LIST . THE PHARMACY TECHS NEED FURTHER TRAINING ON VERIFYING NAME AND DOB BEFORE GIVING OUT INFORMATION REGARDING MEDICATION THAT IS PRESCRIBED
