Y’all need to review your policies and procedures on how you fill prescriptions. If you aren’t or can’t fill something until the phamacist reviews it, you need to make more of an effort to tell the person that that’s what needs to be done, not just let the automated system tell the person when it’ll be ready. More than once I have shown up to pick up my RX because the system says, it’ll be ready after 2PM, then I get there and frequently it’s not ready. My elderly mother called and asked for a druggist. She was put on hold. After about 20 minutes she hanged up. This is elderly abuse and so rude. Take a course on customer service.
