Waiting in line for 20 minutes 🤦
This pharmacy does not value their customers in anyway. They have delayed or completely ignored several prescriptions for me. They don’t acknowledge a Dr sending in a prescription as a request to fill. They will hold on to it not filling it even though their app says they are working on it. There are multiple disrespectful staff members that would rather lie than accept responsibility for any flaws in their system.
This has been the best pharmacy! The staff has always done the best to get me my prescriptions in a timely manner but also always so very helpful, polite, kind and very patient. Thank you for all you do!!
I was just there with my mom because she needed a few extra meds since her flight was canceled. Not only were 2 gentlemen at the computers very kind, patient, and respectful, but the pharmacist was also very kind. Great job gentlemen! During such a busy time, you were all exemplary in your customer care.
There is a male person (Pharmacy Tech) that has given me static in regard to picking up my beloved Prednisone (for Temporal Arteritis) and Batrim (to keep him from developing Phnuemonia). The last straw came when this person said my beloved Perscription was in the system but it was cancelled. But after l called his doctor @ Rhurmatologist clinic in Denver, she was surprise.
