Horrible does not even describe this pharmacy. Me and my parents have been with them for 15 years. Not anymore. No accountability. Consistently slow. Violates HIPPA guidelines. They are going to either kill a patient or get in trouble with HIPPA. Urging all to STOP using this pharmacy. Even insurance company states do NOT use Walmary Pharmacy. BEWARE.

By far the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever visited. They NEVER have our meds ready, no matter how many hours or days in advance they are called in. There are always 3-4 people working, but noone checks the phones or computer for med call ins. They also NEVER answer the phone when we try to call in advance to see if meds are available. If we were able to get meds elsewhere, we would. Extremely poor management!
