This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. There’s no reason that somebody that is in the pharmacy should be waiting two hours to get their prescription. Especially after surgery! the professionalism at this pharmacy is a disaster! They do not have any reliability or accountability. They lack in communication. Something has to give. This Walmart is a disaster and not worth going to. It is so understaffed they can’t even keep the customer service desk open. There are too few cashiers along with too few self-checkouts. The lines stretch wildly into the store with no one directing traffic. The shelves are never stocked and forget asking for help, because when you do find an employee they don’t know where anything is. Most of their effort seems to go towards fulfilling online orders. Horrible does not even describe this pharmacy. Me and my parents have been with them for 15 years. Not anymore. No accountability. Consistently slow. Violates HIPPA guidelines. They are going to either kill a patient or get in trouble with HIPPA. Urging all to STOP using this pharmacy. Even insurance company states do NOT use Walmary Pharmacy. BEWARE.
