I called to check the status of my prescription because it said it would be ready today. When I called I was told that I could no longer fill or receive prescriptions from this particular pharmacy due to an exchange of words between the pharmacy manager. Back in July the pharmacy manager hung up in my face when I was trying to explain to her that my PCP had sent in a prescription and was well aware of the medication my psychiatrist had prescribed. It seems some of these reviews are for the store itself and they did go through a rough patch but all seems to be working out better now. The pharmacy on the other hand has been stellar. You will not find a better run team and kinder folks. The pharmacists are so sweet and they take their time explaining anything you require. The staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable. my medication did not send to my home after 7 days i called them thay said medication still here .they do not care
I just picked up my meds through the drive thru and was amazed how courteous and kind the young lady was that just assisted me with the transaction. She was very helpful, respectful and had fantastic customer service skills! I wish all Walmart employees acted like this young lady. Unfortunately I did not catch her name and it is not listed on the receipt, but the receipt does state the Manager’s name is Marilu. I would like the staff at Walmart Pharmacy. My sister had cancer, and the pharmacist always asked about her and informed me about the side effects of all her meds..... I can not thank you enough for all that you guys did for her. Best pharmacy in frisco.
