Arguably the best pharmacy experience I’ve had. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and is thorough with your needs. While you may get a slight delay on refills over the other pharmacies, I will wait the extra day in order to receive the level of service you get here. App is also very convenient.
I picked up the majority of my medications at this Walmart when living in the Plano area. It was a bit of a drive, but worth it almost every time. Even when I somehow managed to send my medication to the incorrect store, they resolved the issue quickly with no worries.
This Frisco Walmart Pharmacy has consistently been the best I have encountered in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The pharmacists and staff have been very professional, kind, and very good at taking their time to educate their patients. My elderly parents have been getting all their medications here for years and I myself have switched to them because of their consistent good quality and service. The Walmart store itself is a different story, but the PHARMACY side is outstanding.
This pharmacy, on Preston Rd in Frisco, is excellent at customer service. Matt (?) I think, is the pharmacist is so friendly and helpful!!!
