Pharmacist filled a prescription for 467 dollars and i just wanted to know the price. Then I said ok. He then filled the prescription and that is not what I wanted. He should have ask if I specifically wanted the prescription filled. It immediately went to my United Healthcare provider as an amount due. I had to call back and cancel and he was good about it but it should have never been filled until he asked it that is what I want.
Closing for brake like seriously and don’t even ask what kind of medication you need!! Maybe adding your brake on your business hrs can help so maybe i can ask my doctor to send my prescriptions somewhere else.
Staff are KIND BUT MY PRESCRIPTIONS ARE NEVER READY WHEN I GO PICK EM UP AFTER THEY BEEN CALLED IN FOR 2 DAYS
