I am going to say this as respectfully and constructively as possible because I genuinely think this needs to be addressed. There is a very heavy-set female employee at this location who has a noticeable speech/communication difficulty. I am describing her this way only so management can identify which employee I am referring to. I have no issue with someone having a disability or communicating differently. Literally the worst service I have gotten I. My entire life, they were cussing up a storm and were very rude
The staff were very helpful and patient, especially Nicole, who helped us get a prescription transferred over from another pharmacy. She also took her time to show us where another product in the store was located. We were very appreciative of her help to get our daughter's medicine.
