Extremely Disappointed with Service at Walmart Pharmacy (6101 S. Aurora Pkwy) I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at the Walmart Pharmacy located at 6101 S. Aurora Pkwy. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I went in to pick up a simple $7 mouthwash prescription, but it took an unusually long time for them to process it. Your technicians got some nasty attitudes they need to curb.
They said to me your prescription will be ready at 20 minutes I’m here I’m here about 1 hour and my prescription is not ready .
If Chloe is working at the pharmacy, you might as well go home. I watched her be blatantly rude and short to everyone in the line before me, cutting them off while they were asking questions like what foods they were allowed to eat. I watched her ignore customers for the conversation she was having. And I was sick and trying to pick up a prescription and it seems like she went out of her way to try to make me feel worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Anywhere else is better.
I came in on Easter Sunday near close, everywhere else was closed. I had never filled here before. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They got me setup and in and out in about 15 mins. Great customer service by both the tech and the pharmacist
