Customer Service needs improvement!
Dropped my prescription off at 2 pm yesterday called to check the status at 9:05 am no one answered the phone so apparently they are late per usual smh never again
Used the prescription delivery one time, and whoever delievered it took it to a completely different apartment. Their fix was to refund me and have fedex deliver it again. It was supposed to be here yesterday and now it was updated to not come until monday so now I have been off of my desparately needed medication for 2 days now and will now have to go all weekend without my medication. DO NOT USE PHARMACY DELIVERY.
