Fantastic employees. They helped find a coupon for me that made my prescription go from $497 to $63. I had no idea there were coupons out there from the drug companies. That young lady saved me a lot of money. Also, the pharmacist was great. He explained more to me than the hospital did. I have never had a bad experience and I have been using that pharmacy for 12 years.
Terrible customer service,zero care about the patients,the technician that I didn’t get to know her name was very very rude giving wrong information because clearly she doesn’t care about the patient who needs their meds she only wanted them gone without help, asked to speak with the pharmacist who was no help as well!
Horrible experience. Got told they needed more info that I could even see on my end was present, waited 2 days and got nowhere. Called and transferred to a Walgreens and took 2hrs to get it from start to finish.
