This Pharmacy started out helpful and courteous. I wish I could bottle the personality of the first pharmacy tech. I spoke to a year ago. I understand that they are busy, but enough is enough. Rude sighs are rude, even without words. Complaining about what they have to do so I can pick up my 3 prescriptions together is rude. The girl at the pharmacy has the worst customer service. She was rude and didn’t say a single word to me. They have two lines available and 2 workers but only the rude one working the register.
The staff is courteous, professional, patient and efficient.
Everyone here is very friendly, but I have to give a special shout-out to Diedrick for taking the time to help me through an issue. Not once did he make me feel rushed or seem upset about taking the extra time to assist. His patience and kindness truly stood out.
This is the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of using. Each member of the team is highly knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Thank you for caring for each individual the way you do! Your work is not unnoticed and is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
