I just called in about a prescription. We were not enrolled and the young lady I spoke with was extremely polite and very helpful. What a pleasant experience!
They are just unnecessarily rude for literally no reason. I talked to two different pharmacists from this location and they are so rude for no reason at all they answer the phone literally already angry. All they had to do was rerun my prescription and then it would change the cost. I've never had issues with something so simple with any other pharmacy. The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced by far. Will tell you over the phone a prescription is ready but when you go it up it’s not there. It’s been a year of dealing with trying to fill prescriptions and them not being filled even when you call in to confirm. Take your money and go to Kroger.
Had to transfer a medicine here due to our normal pharmacy being out. I called and was told 30 minutes, I even received the “ready” message before I left my home 42 minutes away. Got here and there was an insurance hiccup I had to step aside to fix. why is it when I got back in line, my medicine was NO LONGER ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes!?!? If it was ready when I was in line, if it was ready when I was home, if I have a ready message… then why the hell dis I have to wait longer !?!?
