February 2nd, 2026 - 3 stars I come by once every couple months now, I try to hit around the early evening or early morning, those seem to be the best times to go. I always use the first lane in the drive-thru, because I hate the phone system on the second lane, the Indian man who works can be a little standoffish but he means well I think. Shannon, the pharmacist, canceled my needed medication prescription because it had the wrong address two months in a row. Shannon did not bother to inform my Doctor or myself that she canceled these prescriptions. Now, I have to go all holiday weekend without my necessary medications. She will be ultimately responsible if I wind up in the hospital this weekend. This is a very major ethical issue and I have reported it to the corporate ethical team.
