Terrible experience tbh is morning. So disappointed. I went to pick up my medicine at the drive thru window and the pharmacist (was a guy) was very rude as soon as I pulled up to the window. No instructions on my medicine nothing. And to make it worse, he couldn’t even put my medicine in the bag?! I will be switching pharmacies. Thanks for nothing.
They really helped me out when I was in a bind. I needed a medication filled for my 7 month old with a bad ear infection. They were the only one in town that had it in stock while I would have had to wait 4 days to get it filled anywhere else. The doc was supposed to call in the script but didn’t so I had to call again and have him quickly call the script in (not Walmarts fault) but Walmart rushed to fill it, and get me checked out quickly before they closed. I wanted to write a review for Michelle in Pharmacy. She was so helpful and kind. I could see that she was very good at her job and knew exactly how to transfer my husbands prescriptions to this location and went as far as to call the Walmart in Missouri and get it transferred. She also was very efficient with helping me switch to a different insurance and then get the drugs ready for me as i waited. It looked to me that she was the only one who was connected to the customer and i appreciate her for that.
Walmart Pharmacy service and attitudes have progressively gotten worse lately.
I was surprised at all the bad reviews; I've had nothing but good to great service and I've been going here for a few years now. I've been very satisfied with the prices, convenience, and service at the Signal Butte Walmart Pharmacy.
