My wife was discharged from the pharmacy today. We had our prescription sent to this pharmacy thinking it would be convenient as we live close. The prescription needed to be filled the same day because my wife needs to stay on the medication. We arrived at the pharmacy to be told that they had received the prescription but that they could not fill it - it would take 1 to 3 days to order it. My wifes prescription is every 12 hours. These people have ZERO sense of urgency here and most (not all) of the staff is flat out rude.
BEWARE! This is the absolute RUDEST pharmacy our family has ever dealt with. My special needs daughter was yelled at by a tech because she couldn’t remember my birthday and had to look it up. The pharmacist questions why our doctors have prescribed certain medications, and makes you feel like something’s wrong with you because you are being prescribed these medications. Been going to this pharmacy for years. Love them like family. They work hard and make sure your taken care of and have all information you need not just on medication but so you can get them. Very supportive. Very kind. Very helpful. And it's like they always have everything we need. They keep really good stock and if they don't have something (barely ever) they get it in really fast.
