No problem with pharmacists themselves. I do take issue with one of their employees that feels the need to shout behind her to ask about medication request. This is not only unprofessional, it's a HIPAA violation. Be better!
Always professional, friendly, efficient.
This pharmacy/staff are rude and can be very unpleasant unlike the west side pharmacy staff. They clearly don’t respect their customers or answer patients questions empathetically. There is no courtesy or understanding of patients needs where policy and reality meet. While recovering from hip replacement surgery in Bellevue, dealing with this pharmacy staff has never been pleasant or satisfying and even medical transport staff that have brought me to pick up prescriptions are of the same opinion.
