If I could give zero stars I would. Called to ask the pharmacist about a potential drug reaction. The pharmacist picked up the phone and I asked my question and she stated she would have to pull all my information up and put me back on hold, after a sigh like I was bothering her. Then a tech came to the phone and said if I would give them my info the pharmacist would call back before close of the business day. I work with patients. Their care is of the upmost importance. On this visit Dee answered all my questions and had my 5 prescriptions ready in 15 minutes! She is always friendly and professional! Dee, thank you for making prescription pick up easy, quick, and a pleasure!

Even though a patient had a provable medical need that the trained pharmacist could have recognized and assisted with the staff and pharmacist demanded an ID the patient did not have with them. They cited policy. Clearly the policy was more important than the person. Clearly following the policy and not being inconvenienced was more important to the pharmacist than helping the patient with an obvious medical need.
