Wow! The current staff as of June 2025 are not doing their job very well. The first issue was them depending upon an app for refills. The next issue was incorrect quantity on refill. They attempted to verify this quantity with overhead cameras which just happened not to work the day of my refill. How convenient. Please check quantities and Rx numbers when picking up. Pharmacist is always nice and friendly. Staff is just something else. They need more training or better attention to how they run these insurances. Same medications every month, which falls under co pay, and every time it’s always the same thing. Being over charged. What’s sad is if people don’t know the ins and outs of what their insurance covers they would not even know the difference. Do better Walmart!!! We are in a low income area. People can not be dishing out money due to careless mistakes.
