I had such a wonderful experience at the Walmart Pharmacy thanks to Antoni and the team working on Saturday 2/7 around 12 p.m. Antoni was incredibly kind, patient, and truly cared about my well being. He took the time to listen, explain things, and made sure I felt supported during a stressful time. The ladies working with him were also so helpful and friendly. This kind of customer service is rare, and I’m very grateful. Thank you for having such an amazing team and again THANK YOU ANTONI!!!
Inability to process medication at a timely manner, system tells you meds are ready, when you get there, still over an hour wait..walmart has gone down hill quickly...finding a new pharmacy
Horrible. Called pharmacy to get a refill on my inhaler and I could barely understand the pharmacy tech. Words slurring, kept misunderstanding my birthdays. Damn near sounded like she was on somethin. At the end of the call she asked "is that all you wanted?" I responded "yes" and b4 I could say thank you, she hung the phone up. DO NOT GO HERE. There's a Frys right up the street. Will be goin there from now on.
The pharmacy is very thorough and does suggest best pricing options! They are not just packaging meds and send it them out, they tend to care for what the patient is taking and the best options.
