I went to get a specific brand of flu shot since I have had rash reaction to the other brand before. I confirmed with the tech that it is in stock. Of course tech switched it and gave me the wrong one without notifying me. Very unprofessional
Pharmacy staff sends text messages when I have 15 blood pressure pulls left. Then they called me when I had 5 pills left to tell me my medication will be put on hold and returned to stock. I was not able to pick up my medication because of a ankle injury.
