I called the Walmart Pharmacy on Sangani Boulevard at the Supercenter in D’Iberville, Mississippi around 1:00 p.m. to request an early pick-up of a prescription for my breathing machine. When I spoke with Suzanne, who answered the phone, I explained my situation. Instead of requesting my name in a professional manner, she immediately responded with, “I don’t even know you,” in a sarcastic tone. Holly, Heather, and the Pharmacist Nicole went out of there way to help me with a unique prescription request. As a veteran I normally get meds from the local VA, but they were close and pre-surgery meds had to be started that day. All 3 of these incredible women were rooting for me as there was a little uncertainty about approval. During this brief period of uncertainty they assured me that the meds were gonna get filled regardless if there was a copay or not.
