There is quite a bit of a waiting in line, but the pharmacy techs are very friendly once you get to know them.
Rude! Suzanne is RUDE. I am changing from this Walmart pharmacy to another because this person is not nice AT ALL. Customer service is dead at this pharmacy’s counter.
Heather always has such a bad attitude whenever I have to interact with her. Always interrupting me and just being short in general. And it's not just a one time thing, it's every time. Next time I'll probably wait to get someone else.
The black lady working the front tonight (i didnt catch her name) was sweet as can be but the older white lady Heather needs the attitude slapped out of her. She was rude and ugly to not only me but my family and other customers ahead of me as well. She needs a new profession. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere from here on as long as she is working.
I called the Walmart Pharmacy on Sangani Boulevard at the Supercenter in D’Iberville, Mississippi around 1:00 p.m. to request an early pick-up of a prescription for my breathing machine. When I spoke with Suzanne, who answered the phone, I explained my situation.
