Been coming here for years because it’s nearby. Now for 6 months or more EVERY SINGLE TIME we get ANY prescriptions there’s a huge hassle. I have tried to charge me $1500 for medication and then had me pay $150 co-pay and then reimburse me because They made a mistake. there is nothing you can pick up here that’s not a hassle. They’re saying our federal insurance isn’t good for some reason. We’ve been using the same insurance for 25 years. I will drive the extra few miles to Giant Eagle and take all the prescriptions with us
They are overwhelmed and need more help. The last two times my prescription was hours past being ready and was not. Told to waste 30 more minutes of my time after waiting in line for 15. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! Update: Went back waited in line for a few minutes before 1:30 their lunch break and was told the lady in front of me would be taken care of but not me. This place is ridiculous, and I will be spreading the word about how bad it is!!!!

On Sunday Sep 21 had a bad experience at the pharmacy.. I dropped off a prescription to be filled and told the girl I would wait..she said about 30 min..fine..I spend about 10 min looking in store then came back and was sitting on the bench . About 20 min later the girl who took my prescription asked my name and I told her..she just turned around and goes behind counter so I assume she was looking for my order..she proceeds to fill several orders and i realize she is not taking care of my order..so now there is only 1 lady r... read more
