I can’t say enough great things about the Walmart Pharmacy, especially Nicole! My husband recently switched to my insurance and didn’t realize his doctor needed to sign off on something for his medication to be covered. Nicole immediately noticed the issue, explained everything clearly, and let us know they had already sent the document to his doctor. Today I was helped by Nikki in the pharmacy and all I can say is that she was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to help get my insurances straight so my prescriptions were covered. She even took the time to call me back to let me know it was all situated and good to go!!!! The exceptional customer service she gave me made sealed my decision to switch from CVS!!!!
The WORST pharmacy. Jane should not be working back there shes always extreamly rude. She gets mad when she cant spell a name properly after being told 5+ times. They constantly tell customers 10 different things snd can never give straight answers. Was told my prescription would be ready in 10. Waited the 10 went back stood in line for 8 minutes. In my experience- and I am someone who often has fairly complicated circumstances to deal with- this pharmacy has always done their best to help me with whatever it may be. They have rushed medication fills for me, called around on my behalf, and have always been very courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this pharmacy for customer service and the prices are usually very reasonable.
