Yvonne Nilon did excellent job on Assisting me regarding my prescription meds.
Literally called several times for my medication and every time I called, they said it was out of stock and is in the process of shipping. I asked them when it would arrive and they say they don’t know. 11 days passed, I called again and they said it got rejected. When were they going to call and tell me that it got rejected? This is so irritating. Only reason I had to go to this pharmacy is because my doctor accidentally placed the order to this location. Very disappointed they work so slow the pharmacy tech.
Staff was kind, but felt very unorganized. My doctor mistakenly sent my prescription to Sam's club, but they were out of stock so it was sent here. I don't typically love Walmart pharmacies in the past and today I remembered why. Three prescriptions were sent over and I waited for over an hour and a half in store for them to fill. Ended up only leaving with one and it took me 20 minutes at the counter to just get that one into my hands. Will not be returning.
