Lorena is very rude and unprofessional and will even laugh at you when talking to you. I was simply asking if she knew when my prescription would be ready and explained to her I understood it was not her fault, my doctors office took forever to send the prescription but now I have to travel and need it before my flight tomorrow. She cut me off and was super rude and did not want to give me a time frame so I would know if I could head over (as I travel about 25-30 minutes because I really love how awesome the head pharmacist ... read more
The pharmacist (an African female) refused to fill my Rx because I made a complaint against her a few months ago. She is petty and unprofessional. She needs a career that doesn't deal with customers.
