Wonderful staff, they always answer the phone quickly. They are polite and helpful. I have had nothing but positive experiences here (unlike most of the other area pharmacies unfortunately). The only drawbacks are 1) no drive through obviously and 2) parking can be difficult to find but these are through no fault of the actual pharmacy. Just things to be aware of especially if you are disabled and mobility is an issue. I believe they have started offering delivery now though which is quite convenient as well.

I went to pick up a Rx from this location at lunch time on Dec 5th for the second time and it still wasn’t ready, but to add insult to injury the pharmacist (an African female) with a heavy accent questioned me about my home address, where I work, and why was I picking up my prescription in Alexandria when I live somewhere else. It was for convenience and I didn’t realize that one had to pick up prescriptions from the location closest to your home. I visited to this location on 11-19-2024 at 5PM. I want to make 2 transactions one on moneygram and other one on western Union. Before I started my transaction I informed the customer service person that I will making 2 transactions. She completed one and told that she can’t do the second one. I have told them I have done 2 transactions from Walmart under the same day under their amount limitations she just said no. Please give these hard-working men and women some chairs to sit down on. This is abusive if you deny your employees a chair during their shift.
