My mom called in to check on her prescriptions, they told her they would be ready at 2:30pm but when I arrive to pick them up... ITS STILL NOT READY & I HAVE TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES.. However, while standing in line they laughing & talking instead of taking care of customers orders. This isn't the first time not receiving good service
Worse possible place to get your medication. I am currently going to cancer and I have to battle with the rudeness of the employees who work here on a regular basis. My doctor will confrim in multiple occasions Where they send the prescriptions and my insurance covers my prescription prescriptions yet this pharmacy while constantly act like they have no records or no idea what they’re are doung. Good service and smart Pharmacist
always double checked ANY MEDS INCLUDING SUDAFED OTC the lady at the cash register gave me incorrect information about the Sudafed (she was just making stuff up , and obviously knew nothing about the product) im not sure what credentials they have? just CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING
