The staff at this pharmacy were incredibly helpful with my prescription. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my medication. What I appreciated most was that they spoke to me as an individual, not just another customer. I felt respected, heard, and genuinely cared for. Excellent service all around.
Spent 6+ hours in the hospital last night, so today I was ready to go get my prescription filled when I went there I got nasty looks and was told to go to Publix because it was a narcotic which they carry, but rather than helping me they denied me and told me to go to Publix instead not once did they say it was for any good reason just dirty looks
I want to tell you how great the staff is at this pharmacy both pharmacists Alison and Janet have been so helpful. Whenever I run into issues getting prescriptions they go above and beyond to take care of the issue. also I want to acknowledge Amanda she too has helped me numerous times. The rest of the crew is great as well. This is the best run and staffed pharmacy I have ever gone too.
The worst experience that I have ever had and I have beenva Wal-Mart shopper from time and eternity. I came into the store today to buy syringes because I am a diabetic. I was rudely greeted by both the attendant and the Pharmacist. I requested syringes to take my insulin and was told that it was Wal-Mart's policy to not sell syringes without purchasing insulin.
