An elderly white man, about six feet tall, with graying white hair, named Mike, verbally assaulted a customer on the street with insults and profanity on February 13, 2026, between 3:30 and 4:30 PM. Mike appears to work in the area where vehicles pick up products from customers' homes. I hope to meet with Mike's supervisor soon; this is unacceptable. The security cameras are on record. Mike intended to assault the customer.
