Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Accidentally told doctor wrong location to fill meds.. I called and they transferred it no questions very nice lady on phone.
Good service by all of pharmacies crew. Tera is very good.
If you’re looking for compassion, professionalism, or even just basic courtesy—avoid Kimball at this pharmacy at all costs. I’ve never encountered a pharmacist so shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in people skills. It’s almost impressive how consistently unhelpful and unpleasant she manages to be. As someone trying to get my essential medication, I don’t expect to be talked down to, ignored, or treated like I’m an inconvenience. Worst pharmacy ever, I'm here in the drive thru and no one has bothered to say anything or to notice me and I been in line for 20 mins just for them to say they will be with me momentarily. 10 mins later still no one!!! They always do this so they want have to answer before they close. Very unprofessional, very slow and it's unacceptable and so very demure! Walmart do better!!!! If I could give a zero I would!
