I really like this Walmart. It is cleaner and in order than other Walmart's in the Austin areas. Although the staff and cashiers are nice, I wish the floor people would be more willing to assist shoppers. This is a large Walmart and I know that customers would like to have someone think out of the box and ask if we need help, before we ask for help. This means a lot to me when I want to get in and out. Maybe more training management?
Super rude front staff. When asked for a name for medication, she was upset that I had to repeat the name and then proceeded to have an attitude like a child including handing me my order without a thank you or any acknowledgement. I was the only customer in line and waited to be helped as she was annoyed to be interrupted from whatever she was doing to walk over to the check-in counter. If you hate your job, don't take it out on the customers.
Very rude pharmacy technician. I guess anyone can work there even if you have attitude and unfriendly demeanor. If you have hard time fining a job because you have attitude or rude person apply to this Walmart pharmacy. they will hire you. If you are paying customer avoid them like a plague. My experience with the pharmacists at this location has been very positive. The 2 or 3 I’ve dealt with, especially the one there daily, have been a bright light in a sea of corporate care-less. They are kind and professional and make you feel like you are at a small hometown pharmacy where they actually care. I have had a couple of issues where Walmart has not had medicine available and I have to wait a day or two.
