Never had a serious issue with this pharmacy until this last refill. Far better than my experiences with CVS or Walgreens. But they gave me one box (out of two) of a steeply important medication that could legitimately be a life or death scenario. I called walmart to try to find out what could have happened as it was a 1500 dollar drug, already paid for by insurers and I'm concerned they are going to lose it again.
