This review is for Annette the pharmacy technician. Giving her a bad review because she saw us waiting in line at the pharmacy and another lady cut in front of us to the cash register and Annette helpef her out only. I had told Annette that the lady cut in front of us but she just gave me a dead uninterested stare and continued to help the other woman. She never said a word to me nor apolohized or anything to assist. CASSANDRA helped she was at least basic in customer service.
The service is excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable techs. They are pretty fast at refilling prescriptions
A weekly "patron - service protocol meeting" should be held with all Employees, Managers, Supervisors, and Invite some Customers to your meetings for better quality service.
I’ve been going back and forth between my doctors office and the pharmacy for weeks to get my prescription filled. This pharmacy said they called my doctors office but when I talked to my doctors office the last time they called anything was April! And lastly when I finally get my prescription to bring in to this pharmacy they said they don’t even carry this medication!
