Walmart is good pharmacy if they have medication in stock and when they are open. When they don’t have a medication in stock, they don’t let you know promptly. In this case, urgent care sent them prescription around 1pm. They didn’t send me a text until after I went to the pharmacy at 3pm. Their text came right after I drove to the pharmacy to pick up and a staff member told me that they didn’t have the medication in stock. Sam is a horrible pharmacist.
This review is for Annette the pharmacy technician. Giving her a bad review because she saw us waiting in line at the pharmacy and another lady cut in front of us to the cash register and Annette helpef her out only. I had told Annette that the lady cut in front of us but she just gave me a dead uninterested stare and continued to help the other woman. She never said a word to me nor apolohized or anything to assist. CASSANDRA helped she was at least basic in customer service.
The service is excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable techs. They are pretty fast at refilling prescriptions
A weekly "patron - service protocol meeting" should be held with all Employees, Managers, Supervisors, and Invite some Customers to your meetings for better quality service.
