This pharmacy appears to be seriously mismanaged. The support staff at the interior drop-off/pick-up counter have never been able to assist me, even when there is no line. Each visit has resulted in me having to leave the counter, go back to my vehicle, and wait in the drive-through line. The woman working the drive-through window seems to be the only staff member consistently capable of completing basic pharmacy tasks. This pharmacy is absolutely awful. Every time I try to come and get my medicine they have closed for some reason. I was in the drive thru line and waited for about 20 minutes because the line was long. When it was finally my turn, they had closed the lane. It was 4 minutes past 7, which is when they are supposed to close. This is ridiculous customer service.
Devin the pharmacy technician, with the double nose piercings is the most unpleasant person I’ve had to deal with. Just seems unhappy with her job/life, she was rude and doesn’t care to help.
It was very snowy and the person was very nice, went above and beyond to give me the correct prescription after a little fluke. Very kind
