Micayla the pharm tech was really helpful and kind this morning. This team is always very great and on top of it. Thank you guys for all of your hard work.
Stay away from this pharmacy! The pharmacist this morning was rude and completely unhelpful. I have a special prescription, and it's always a hassle to fill. (However, it is a $5,000 sale for the pharmacy, so they should want to sell that prescription.) It takes 3 weeks of the doctor and pharmacist haggling with the insurance company to get this prescription paid; however, I must have this medicine or I will die. Staff at Walmart pharmacy are much friendlier and helpful than the poor device down the street at Walgreens. I had all my prescriptions changed to Walmart pharmacy.
Please retrain or replace staff!! This pharmacy is the slowest and most inconsiderate when it comes to their patients. They have put off me getting my mom’s meds that are to assure she doesn’t have a heart attack all day. Due to them needing to “take time” to put meds back that others didn’t pick up before being able to fill others. Will definitely be filing a formal complaint and switching pharmacies right away. This is not okay.
This pharmacy appears to be seriously mismanaged. The support staff at the interior drop-off/pick-up counter have never been able to assist me, even when there is no line. Each visit has resulted in me having to leave the counter, go back to my vehicle, and wait in the drive-through line. The woman working the drive-through window seems to be the only staff member consistently capable of completing basic pharmacy tasks.
