Sorry sorry sorry. I finally gave up and changed to CVS. Always out of stock or can't find scrip.
Pharmacists need to answer the phone, not just look at theirs all day.
Staff is always fast and friendly. Even when they have a lot of people in line. They really do the best with the cards they have been dealt.
Every time I request a refill it is delayed for 4-5 days. The same thing happens when my doctors put in new prescriptions. Then when I go in to ask for it suddenly they can fill it in 20 minutes and no one knows why it wasn’t filled day of or the next day. If you have critical medication needs don’t go here. I’m moving my prescriptions over to CVS even though they are more expensive the cost is worth having good customer service and not having my medication delayed for days.
A tall lady in the pharmacy was being racist to me. She called me and my family Mexican and refused to give us the medication until the doctors called to give it to us. The doctor clearly called her and she refused to give it to us and told us to go to the back of the line. She continued to give us an attitude even with us listening to her instructions and still mistreated us.
