Horrendous customer service. I spoke with 3 different people who were unable to assist or come up with a solution. There was zero communication between the 3 of them,so I had to repeat the scenario each time. The most concerning issues is that I asked the pharmacist for an alternative over the counter option since they didn't have the prescription available and ordering it would take 2 days. This place has got to be the worst incompetent pharmacy that I have ever seen. They filled a prescription for me and when I got home and opened the pill bottle that was supposed to be a script of blood pressure medication, but it was amphetamines! This would have killed me so my lawyer and I have filed a lawsuit and we’re going to sue them into oblivion.
EVERY TIME, and I mean EVERY TIME I go through drive thru we wait at least 15 mins or more!!! Today we waited 33 mins and there was only ONE car in line!!!!!! This is ridiculous. They’re NOT that busy!!!! Going to have to switch pharmacies!
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Walmart pharmacy today. I went there to pick up an antibiotic prescription from my dentist due to severe pain from a gum abscess. Pain that caused my blood pressure to skyrocket. * Initially, the staff claimed they could not see my prescription in the system. * After calling my dentist, the prescription was confirmed to have been sent. * When I returned, the staff said it was in the system and i should wait for a pick up text. Pharmacy phone number doesn’t work and waiting 20 minutes on hold, no one even said anything other than please hold didn’t ask what I was calling about or anything well I tried Walmart pharmacy and will go back to my usual pharmacy
