This pharmacy is usually helpful when it comes to my family members but this time I can’t even get an answer from her. Yes I was angry but I was not disrespectful. Trying to get mental health medications and she won’t even give me a REASON why they can’t fill it just said I’m not having this conversation and hangs up on me. Makes no sense. I looked up the laws on the Texas board of pharmacy and cited them to her and she hung up on me again. All you needed to do was tell me why not just be disrespectful. Ridiculous
The female pharmacist has a heart of gold. I could've been a family member of hers, she was very caring and informative!
