Have had many issues with this location the last few months. Lack of communication, inaccurate inventory and only telling us it’s out of stock upon arrival leaving us to drive to another Walmart location to pickup, and letting a prescription sit for weeks without being filled. Had to have a doctor’s office and another pharmacy track down a prescription. Doctor’s office confirmed a pharmacy employee said on phone they cannot check on prescription due to being too busy. Not a one off! Would not recommend.
Anything associated with word walmart will always be lowest grade and quality. Pharmacy staff Unprofessional. Rude. Very bad customer service. Technicians dont have names. Medicine was not ordered and filled for 5 days of wait. Dont know its pharmacy or a bar club everyone here not willing to work.
Very BAD service. The Pharmacy Technician is relatively new and English is a second language. She was hurried, and there is some issue with the coverage of a very-expensive category 3 medication. She got confused and just hung up.
