I have done business with Walmart pharmacy for many years and have had minimal reason for complaints. They have often had medications in stock that other pharmacies did not carry or needed to order. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Like another reviewer, I do feel they are regularly understaffed, which can cause them unnecessary stress, especially when self-entitled a**hole customers approach the counter. I've always found the pharmacists and the staff have extended themselves and their service when I've asked questions or needed help with insurance limitations. I've been to hundreds of pharmacies and my experience in-house and on the phone had been positive and look forward to seeing the familiar pharmacists when I arrive. I'll change pharmacies if my experience is consistently poor or the pharmacists seem unengaged with what is going on at the front counter. Thanks Santee pharmacy!
