Incompetent people. Our insurance which showed that it was able to be used at this pharmacy, was denied. Mind you we have a pretty good insurance company! The total went from $5 to $45 even though we had gotten the total once it was sent in. They didn’t even have the prescription ready on Friday at 2 pm when it was sent by the doctor at 3/4 pm Thursday afternoon! My experience with the staff at this location has always been great!!! Everyone that has assisted me has been nice, professional, and friendly even when I had my moments to transfer or even cancel medication when I relocated to Princeton.
