On hold for more than 13 minutes seems like too much! Please hire more staff to man the phones.
They left me without an antibiotic for an urine infection when I was traveling. I am Really unhappy with this place. They also hung up on my face. If I could give it zero stars I would. When I was there in person They told me " can't you see we are understaffed"? .. last but not least they will leave you on hold purposely so they don't have to do their job. They are as rude as it gets
Just broke I don’t know how many traffic laws to get here before closing, made it with five min to spare and they had already closed the window for the pharmacy. Kind of messed up considering I NEED these antibiotics. I think corporate needs a phone call.
