I've been with Thomas Rd Walmart Pharmacy for 3 yrs now and the folks there are terrific! Friendly and efficient and always willing to take time to help their customers. After more than 20+ yrs with Walgr****, I'm so glad I switched.
I was a new pharmacy customer of less than a week. After my degenerative disc, hip dysplasia, arthritis and neuropathy prescriptions were never filled for three days, I called to ask if they be requested from one Walmart pharmacy to my pharmacy as it states online. Before I could even ask, the female pharmacist began yelling at me and refusing to allow me to speak. Always am pleased with the high level of service with the pharmacy staff in answering my questions and filling my prescriptions. Also they are always super courteous and professional. Glad I switched my prescriptions over to this Costco pharmacy.
If possible avoid this pharmacy, the MOMENT my pregnant girlfriend switched to this pharmacy everything went to flames. First saying they didn’t have it, then saying it’s not approved. I’ve been talking to everyone from doc to pharmacy and to no avail. The lack of meds caused issues and now I have a baby sooner rather then later because of this ordeal and even doctors are in shock and awe of the situation.
