I guess like alot of the other comments say, these people are RUDE!!!!! I'm a patient person but the lady i was talking to was already looking like she didnt want to be there which no one does but your in customer service. But that is not the reason for me writing this. I kept telling her my mom's info becuase I was trying to pick up medications for my mom who wasnt feeling good. The pharmacist kept getting the information wrong and telling me I was wrong. Walmart has everything… except, apparently, the ability to sell Sudafed unless the one authorized employee is working. If they’re not there, you’re out of luck — even if the medication is sitting right behind the counter. Just something to know if you’re battling a sinus infection and hoping for a quick stop. The staff explained the policy and couldn't have been more sympathetic towards my current ability to only mouth breathe. The staff is great. I cant give them enough credit.
