Called to ask questions about my medication and whoever answered the phone was unfriendly and had attitude for no reason.
This pharmacy generally provides good service, but there’s one habit that really needs to change. Several times, my credit card has been placed inside the prescription bag instead of being handed back to me directly. This is risky and frustrating — if the bag goes in a car seat, trunk, or onto a counter and isn’t opened right away, I could easily lose my card or not realize it’s missing until hours later.
