I would give them a zero if I could. Had my PCP send over a rx. They called me to advised me it was not covered, I asked if it needed authorization the person told me no. I work in medical so I knew it was covered and probably just needed auth. I asked for the pharmacist to call me they agreed. 3 days later no call, so I called in spoke to the pharmacist he agreed auth was needed and would reach out to my PCP. Love this pharmacy! Been using them for years. I rarely have to wait long in a line. Staff is wonderful and pharmacists are always available and friendly for any questions you may have.
I unfortunately did not have a good experience with the Walmart Automotive Group in Foothill Ranch. I bought 4 tires for my car and I also bought full insurance. Last night my front tire was damaged and this morning I went to Walmart to get a tire replaced. The employee who checked me in said that your tire is covered. After they replaced the tire, they gave me an invoice and charged me the full amount for the tire.
