Rude and unfriendly! Stood in line for 15 minutes to pick up my script, no one at the front counter and 2 employees over in the corner, never once looked up to see if anyone was waiting, I had to get a Walmart employee to call them to help me. Then she helps me and says what did you need? Seriously? NOT I'm sorry, we didn't see you there waiting. Just RUDE, like it was my problem. Staff needs to be trained by the pharmacy at Unser and Ladera....hands down THE BEST pharmacy in Albuquerque!
Always great service! Monica helped me out today and was able to get my prescription ready quickly. She was able to answer questions and resolve the issue I was having with a delay on meds in the app.
was getting allergy medicine and bro with glasses made me feel incredibly stupid and small when he physically pointed to the right pay thing when i was still occupied by the left one. thanks dude, i know the difference between my left and my right.
Mariah was great, she went above and beyond to help me get my son’s prescription and explained to me the difference between the meds. She answered all my questions, very professional!
