This pharmacy is always well staffed, and people are helpful, friendly, and fast! 🙂 If you’re polite with the voicemail system, it can usually let you quickly talk with a person. And most of the time, the people answering the phone can give helpful responses to common questions and initiate refills (assuming they have the meds in stock). Today I called to ask how to sort out getting my new Healthy Texas Women’s (Medicaid) to cover my birth control prescription. I informed the technician Laura, I had called the Healthy Texas Women’s helpline to ask why my prescription wasn’t covered and the representative on the phone stated the prescription is in fact covered.
