Today I called to ask how to sort out getting my new Healthy Texas Women’s (Medicaid) to cover my birth control prescription. I informed the technician Laura, I had called the Healthy Texas Women’s helpline to ask why my prescription wasn’t covered and the representative on the phone stated the prescription is in fact covered. Pharmacist Lauren at this Walmart Pharmacy is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I consulted her when I had super itchy eye irritation. Lauren recommended Pataday eye solution. I got the eye drop and it is now a stable item I keep in my purse. Also, I am a talker, she was so patient with me and is an active listener. Thank you so much for your quick recommendation! It saved me that day!
