RUDE & INSENSITIVE I went there at 6:20 to pick up antibiotics for my daughter, they told me they hadn't even received the order yet, uh weird but sure. I call as im on the road informing them I will be there right at 7, that this is an antibiotic for my 2 year old who is highly contagious. They were so rude, I RAN across the store and met them right as they were walking out, they didnt even look at me or say a thing and all locked up and left. I was in complete disbelief. THE WORST PHARMACY
Arrived after a procedure to get my prescription that I needed. I arrived 40 minutes prior to closing as soon as I got back from my surgery center in Seattle and they told me my insurance was too complicated to figure out so close to closing. 🥴 And the employee seemed frustrated with me and had an attitude as if I chose to arrive when I did. I waited for 25 minutes to be told they couldn’t figure it out.
I just moved to the Mount Vernon area. This is my first choice for meds and I AM SWITCHING pharmacies as soon as I'm established with doctor. They were rude, REFUSED to fill my pain meds. He thought he had a say and cut another prescription to a lower amount. He HAD to know why? I broke my back and he terminated my prescription! He shouldn't be a pharmacist! He is not a doctor. And he doesn't need a reason why the doctor prescribed me the pain meds. A broken back. I'll be moving my meds elsewhere.
