I’m really disappointed as my first I thought Wallgreens was bad enough Walmart takes the cake for being completely unorganized and completely in disarray, I’m on pain medication oxycodone and I ended up waiting Three weeks and I had to keep calling the pharmacy. Finally they had it in stock, but they had to talk to my doctor to verify it when they had already had the confirmation from the doctor. They definitely lost my business. I don’t understand why they have so much trouble getting prescriptions out.. I have yet to have one RX delivered to me.. it’s either forgotten or not “in”. no one ever knows what happens.. smh.. so frustrating.. I gave them 2 stars because the staff is nice but they need to get someone in there that can get them organized because it’s ridiculous and dangerous!
Zero stars would be better. Made an appointment and received a confirmation for a Covid test. Already had Covid but needed a negative test to be with my mother in the hospital before surgery. Even had a printed confirmation and confirmation number with my test. I was denied a test and the pharmacy personnel thought it was funny that I couldn't get the test. So rude. Will never use again and will go to their store again. #Walmartsucks
