The pharmacy crew at the neighborhood Walmart pharmacy on old barnell have gone above and beyond to assist me with my father’s pharmaceutical needs. It can be a tedious and difficult process to manage care without prescription coverage. The pharmacist (Tyler, I believe, sorry if I’m wrong), and EVERY pharmacy technician has gone above and beyond to answer questions, double, and triple options for us as we look for suitable, cost-effective options. I couldn’t appreciate this team more. Thank you for all do.
Normally have nothing but good things to say but I had bronchitis and went to get medicine to help me breathe and when I get there they tell me it’s at another Walmart so I do the calm thing and just go to the other Walmart no questions asked and when I get to the other Walmart they tell me that “oh it was at old barnwell pharmacy not here why did they send you here?” So now I’m sitting here struggling to breathe due to their negligence.
Just want to give shout out & Thank you to Liz. She really showed exceptional customer service today, Sunday, 26 Jan 2025. She was at the pickup section of the store, efficiently delivering orders to the vehicles. With the most pleasant demeanor for someone who was working all by herself. Thank you ma’am!
