Was transferred from ft wright to get my meds they told me it would be ready then it wasn’t and then they said I can transfer it to Florence that is way out of my way. A wild goose chase just to get my meds … Then I called to check on it and the lady was super rude . They need some serious training on customer service
Have driven on multiple occasions to this location during business hours and no one is working. I have even called before I come to verify closing time and tell them that I am on my way and still arrive 10min later, during business hours, and they are closed.
Terrible customer service. Rude to their patience for no reason. I do not recommend this place. I rather punch myself in the face than ever come back.
Horrible. Worst pharmacy. Choose ANY other than this one. Very disrespectful an rude. They absolutely WILL judge u according to the meds u pick up an treat u accordingly..pray u dont get he WRONG meds in ur script.
Mikala went far and above in resolving an issue about a prescription for me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Great job...and thanks!
